My career has spanned entertainment, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, operating alongside senior decision-makers and serving in executive capacity across founder-led and growth-stage organizations. I have built and led businesses across regulated and high-growth industries, carrying full responsibility from launch through scale.

My early experience in the entertainment industry shaped my understanding of leadership under visibility and pressure where timing, execution, and composure carried real consequence. That foundation sharpened my ability to think strategically, remain steady in complexity, and lead with discernment when stakes are high.

As my scope expanded, so did my responsibility. I transitioned from strategic execution into executive leadership, guiding teams through growth, transition, and operational scale. I have navigated the weight of decision-making, the isolation of leadership, and the structural demands required to move organizations forward sustainably.

I am a Certified Professional Coach and maintain an active coaching practice alongside my advisory work. I integrate professional coaching frameworks with executive-level operational experience to deliver both strategic clarity and behavioral accountability. Founders and executives seek me out for grounded perspective, decisive direction, and leadership recalibration when growth begins to feel heavier than it should.

Today, I serve as Founder & CEO of Robi Rose Cosmetics and Founder & Principal Consultant of Luxury Leverage. Leading my own companies while advising others gives me firsthand understanding of what it means to carry vision, make the final call, and be accountable for results.
