I know what it feels like to believe there is more inside you and still question your next move.
There have been seasons when I trusted my vision completely, and seasons when outside voices, old narratives, and fear caused me to second-guess what I already knew. Learning to quiet the noise and trust myself didn’t happen all at once. It required courage, honest reflection, and a willingness to move forward before everything felt certain. That journey became the foundation of my work.
My path has taken me through the entertainment industry, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and coaching. For more than two decades, I’ve worked in environments where decisions mattered, people depended on me, and growth required resilience and adaptability.. Along the way, I’ve built businesses, led teams, coached professionals, moderated meaningful conversations, and spoken before audiences. I understand what it means to carry a vision while navigating uncertainty and what it takes to keep moving when confidence hasn’t quite caught up with the dream.
Today, as a Certified Professional Life Coach, speaker, moderator, entrepreneur, and founder of Luxury Leverage, I help people quiet the noise, challenge the stories that have kept them small, and build the confidence, clarity, and courage to move toward what they truly want.
My approach combines professional expertise with lived experience. I bring warmth, honesty, thoughtful questions, and accountability to every conversation because lasting transformation isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about trusting who you already are and having the courage to live from that place.
I’m also the Founder and CEO of Robi Rose Cosmetics, a beauty brand built on the belief that confidence isn’t something you put on - it’s something you decide.
Whether I’m coaching someone one-on-one, guiding a room, speaking before an audience, creating a Mirror Moment, or collaborating on something meaningful, my purpose remains the same:

Beyond the titles, I’m a mother, a woman of faith, a proud dog and cat mom, and a creative at heart. I have a genuine love for beautiful products and the process of bringing an idea to life.
I also have a deep appreciation for the arts. Acting and entertainment may represent an earlier chapter of my professional journey, but the performer and storyteller in me never left.
Outside of work, I’m happiest cooking, listening to music, traveling, and sharing good food, meaningful conversation, and plenty of laughter with family and friends. And for the record, I make a mean arroz con pollo and my Nana's famous mac and cheese. A family favorite.
I believe becoming who you were created to be isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about trusting yourself enough to stop shrinking and live fully.
