From the entertainment industry to corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and coaching, every chapter of my journey has taught me something I now know to be true:

The biggest obstacles we face are rarely external.

More often, they're the stories we believe about ourselves.  Self-doubt.  Fear of getting it wrong.  Waiting for permission.  Shrinking instead of trusting the voice that has been inside us all along.

That realization changed my life and it became the foundation of my work.

Today, as a Certified Professional Life Coach, speaker, moderator, entrepreneur, and founder of Luxury Leverage, I help people build the confidence, clarity, and courage to trust themselves, stop shrinking, and step fully into who they were created to be.

My work is rooted in both lived experience and professional expertise. I've built businesses, led teams, coached professionals, moderated conversations, and stood on stages. I know what it means to navigate uncertainty while carrying a vision, and I also know that lasting transformation begins long before success becomes visible to anyone else.

I'm also the Founder & CEO of Robi Rose Cosmetics, a beauty brand built on the belief that confidence isn't something you put on, it's something you decide.

Whether I'm coaching someone one-on-one, facilitating a room full of professionals, speaking from a stage, or creating a Mirror Moment, my mission remains the same:
