Along the way, I've built businesses, led teams, coached professionals, and worked alongside founders and executives navigating the weight of leadership and the responsibility that comes with carrying a vision.

My early experience in the entertainment industry taught me how to perform under pressure, adapt quickly, and lead with composure when the stakes are high. As my career evolved, so did my understanding of leadership. I learned that the greatest challenges are rarely operational alone. More often, they stem from self-doubt, lack of clarity, fear of making the wrong decision, and the pressure of carrying responsibility for others.

As a Certified Professional Life Coach and leadership advisor, I help people move from self-doubt to self-leadership. Through coaching, leadership development, and transformational growth experiences, I help individuals strengthen their confidence, clarify their direction, trust their voice, and step more fully into who they are called to become.

Today, I serve as Founder & CEO of Robi Rose Cosmetics and Founder & Principal Consultant of Luxury Leverage. Leading my own businesses while supporting others gives me firsthand understanding of what it means to build something meaningful, make difficult decisions, navigate uncertainty, and continue moving forward even when growth feels uncomfortable.
