Engagements may take place virtually or on-site, with national travel available for leadership advisory and speaking engagements.

OUR SERVICES

Leadership Reset 

The Leadership Reset is a focused, 3 hour intensive designed to bring clarity to leaders who feel stretched, reactive, or unclear about their next move.

This session is structured, strategic, and direct. We assess where you are, identify leadership friction points, and build a practical roadmap forward.

This is ideal for founders who:
• Feel like everything still runs through them
• Are carrying too much decision weight
• Need a clear plan before committing to ongoing advisory
• Want strategic clarity without a long-term contract

You leave with:
• A written 30-day leadership action plan
• Clear priority alignment
• Defined decision-making structure
• A recommendation for next-level support (if needed)

For many leaders, this becomes the turning point.
For others, it becomes the gateway into deeper advisory work.

Strategic Leadership Advisory

Strategic Leadership Advisory is a structured partnership for founders ready to move beyond reactive management and strengthen how they lead.

This engagement is designed for leaders navigating scale, culture strain, team complexity, or major growth phases.

Over a three-month minimum partnership, we work to:
• Strengthen leadership decision-making
• Build internal culture and retention strategy
• Clarify organizational structure
• Develop accountability rhythms
• Reduce founder bottlenecks

This is not operational execution.
It is leadership-level strategy and accountability.

Leadership Clarity Coaching 

Leadership Clarity Coaching is a structured, high-touch engagement designed to strengthen the way you think, decide, and lead.

This is not casual accountability.
It is focused leadership development.

Through consistent 1:1 sessions, we work on:

• Strategic goal setting and measurable progress
• Decision-making under pressure
• Imposter syndrome and leadership confidence
• Accountability to execution
• Leadership posture and communication
• Identity shifts from operator to leader

Sessions are offered bi-weekly (90 minutes), with a recommended three-month commitment for meaningful traction.  Email accountability support between sessions.  

This work is delivered through certified professional coaching frameworks combined with hands-on business leadership experience.
